Payments

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.
Payments made are fast,secure and free. Please keep in mind that all orders must be paid up front
and in full before orders will be processed.

Sales Tax

California Residents: California Sales Tax of 7.75% will be added to all CA orders at checkout.

Minimum Orders

For your convenience, we do not currently require a minimum quantity to be ordered.

Shipping

All Lucky Dogs' Day Bakery orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be
calculated using the USPS “Flat Rate” pricing. Based upon this pricing, all orders will have one
delivery charge of $5.35 added to the final sales price at the time of checkout. Should your order not
fit into our $5.35 “Flat Rate” packaging, additional shipping charges will be necessary. We will
combine items to save you shipping costs, however, please refer to your shopping cart's "Checkout"
page for any additional shipping charges that may apply. Please keep in mind that all shipping
charges are for domestic (within the USA) shipping only. No international shipping is available.
Also, should you require special shipping services such as Overnight shipping, please contact us
before placing your order so that we may confirm if we can accommodate your request.
Lucky Dogs' Day Bakery assumes no responsibility for packages delivered but not received,
for any reason, by the customer.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Lucky Dogs' Day Bakery considers all sales Final.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please keep in mind that shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
